辦理退換貨,全額退款: Exchange and Return Policy: 退貨:從商品到貨七天之內為商品鑑賞期，在您收到商品7天內，若您的商品有瑕疵或損壞，您可以要求退貨，請您將商品、發票，以掛號包裹郵件退回真至本站,並在包裝外註明：退貨，我們接到您的商品之後，會於30日內寄回指名禁背的支票。 Returns: The trial period is in effect within 7 days starting from the day products arrive. During the trial period, you can request returns and refunds if there is any defect or damage of the products purchased. Please send the products and the receipt in a package with registered mail back to Golden Health for refund, and please also indicate "Refund" on the outside of the package. Golden Health will soon send you a cheque with your account name on in less than 30 days.
換貨:若您收到的商品有瑕疵或損壞，請您於7天內與本站聯絡並將瑕疵商品以掛號退回並註明您的發票號碼、退換貨原因、姓名及白天聯絡電話，我們收到您的商品之後，會將新品寄給您．
若您想更換其他品項，只要在產品售出後一個月內，您只需將未開封的產品包裝後寄回公司（請小心包裝，如退回產品已破損，就無法進行換購手續），就可以將退回的產品貨款換購其他產品，不過換貨過程所發生的運費部分必需由消費者自行承擔。有關退、換貨部份請注意下列事宜：

Exchanges: Please contact the customer service of Golden Health before the 7-day trial period ends if there is any defect or damage of the products purchased. Please also send us the defected products with registered mail and indicate the receipt number, reasons for exchange/return, your name, and daytime telephone number. Golden Health will then mail you the new products to replace the defected ones. If you wish to exchange for other products, you can simply mail the unopened products back to Golden Health within one month from the day the products arrive. (Please be careful when packing the products. Once the returned products are damaged, exchanges/returns are unacceptable. However, customers are respossible for all delivery fees applied during the process of exchanges/returns.
Important Exchanges/Returns Information:
